Some plants and animals are restricted to a particular habitat.
A habitat is defined by its abiotic compositions and nonliving factors that will and might determine the type of organisms fit to survive in the environment. Either the organism needs to evolve due to selection factors or other considerations thus, not all habitats are the same hence, some organisms which have evolved to fit in environment might not suit in others.
