The only one I could think of was President Grant. He drove his car too fast and was stopped by a uniformed officer. The officer didn't realize he pulled over the president, but eventually found out. He wanted to drop the charge but couldn't after the president continued to drive improperly. He was arrested and charged with $5 and his car was impounded.

Ulysses S. Grant was arrested for speeding, though he was driving a horse and buggy in that day. Franklin Pierce was arrested for running an old lady over with his buggy. George W. Bush was arrested twice for college pranks that got out of hand. And I think John Carry and Clinton were arrested when they were protesting the Vietnam War. Plus there were several that were convicted by the British for treason, but that doesn't really count.
