People die because it a natural thing that happens in life. We all have to face it at one point or another. Death can be caused by natural causes ( a disease, old age etc.) or by human interactions ( murder, suicide, etc.)
To lengthen your life, I would suggest eating healthy, exercising and staying out of harms way.
There are many thing that you can do to die faster, but some things that may makes someone die faster would include smoking, doing drugs or drinking alcohol.
