Behavior inhibition, less

A frontal lobe region involved in restraining behavior is less active in extraverts than in introverts.

Restraining refers to preventing from conducting anything, that is, to keep within the limits or under control. The frontal lobe is situated at the anterior part of the brain and is the biggest of the four prime lobes of the cerebral cortex in mammals.

The frontal lobe refers to the segment of the brain, which monitors essential cognitive skills in humans, like problem-solving, emotional expression, language judgment, memory, and sexual behavior.
