According to the modern approach to IQ or intelligence tests, the design of professor Emic needs to take into account the so-called "Flynn effect". Based on the later, there are increasingly experts claiming that the greater visual stimulation paired with the increased use of technology promotes multiple ways of problem resolution. Therefore cultural creations generate an error margin in calculating or assessing individuals intelligence. Many efforts are needed to create culture-free tests, although still, other factors as nutrition are also beginning to be considered in the pondering of comparison of results between different countries. So professor Emic would need to always comply to IQ tests procedures of standardization and compared the results of a determined population against a wide set of other populations in a given time that will always be needed to update.
The considerations of the designed test need to comply with the criteria known as validity and reliability that can be reviewed by an external team of neuroscientists, psychologists, and cognitive theory researchers.
