The surgeon wants 60 cc ½% lidocaine with epinephrine 1:200,000. you have two 30cc vials of 1% lidocaine with epinephrine 1:100,000. how many cc's of 1% lidocaine with epinephrine will you need to draw up?

160 cc of lidocaine with epinephrine will be drawn. Since there is already two 30 cc of lidocaine, I can only conclude that for the epinephrine 1:100,000 is 100 cc . When combined with the Lidocaine it becomes 160 cc of total solution needed for the surgeon.
