In Jamestown and Plymouth ( The city where pilgrims lived) were surrounded by Native Indians. Jamestown suffered a terror from the Indians, as they were being picked off one by one until a peace treaty was formed. In Plymouth, the Indians didn't mean any harm and formed a friendship. Their friendship was so great that it developed into a feast known as Thanksgiving in this era. Jamestown was also on the brink of dying because of less supplies, dangers of being killed and diseases. Plymouth only suffered the harsh winters and poor soil.
