I believe, the issues that was not included is B. nativist policies
In 1860 republican party platform, they included:
- The focus on the building of the pacific railroad as the main national economic intetrest
- abolishment of slavery
- Adding protective tariff in order to protect national business
- Impose policies to take care BOTH immigrants and the locals (nativist oppose immigration)
