It's actually incredibly important for your wellbeing!
To break things down a little for the people in the back - basically mental health is pretty psychological! For example, your mental wellbeing can make or break you. If you walk around sad or depressed (side bar: just because you're sad doesn't mean your emotionally unwell, or sick.) you're not in the right frame of mind, and things tend to be negative. Whether you decipher your days negative or just your overall attitude to others are! Who you are absolutely does show on the outside! Mental health can emotionally mess with you and your attitudes!
