Salutations!

In what state of matter are particles condensed but able to flow?

Liquid is the state of matter where particles are condensed, but able to flow. Water can flow, so thus, liquid is your answer.

Hope I helped :D
The answer is water. This is because in a solid, the molecules are solid, rigid, and unable to move much. In a gas, the molecules are free flowing, and collide with each other often. Within a liquid, they're condensed compared to a gas, but spread apart compared to a solid.

The molecules of water are able to "flow" due to the its nature of being able to occupy the space of any container, similar to its gas form. It differs from the gas form, however, because the molecules are partially condensed, but are free flowing in gaseous form.

Unfortunately, I don't know much about plasma, but enough to know its not the answer lol.

Hope this helps, and hope I was the brainliest! :)
