The students in Mr. Smith's class wants to know how old he is. He tells them that the combined age of him and his brother is 63 years and that he 3 years older than his brother . How old is Mr. smith?

The answer is 33 because you would subtract 3 from 63 and then divide 60 by 2 which is 30. Since Mr. Smith is 3 years older then u would add 30 and 3.
