The circulatory patterns have a big impact in the amount of rain one can get from the ocean, for that is where some clouds are formed.
Volcanic Activity: Volcanic Activity has a big impact on climate change, for before an Volcanic eruption, the area surrounding the place can be peaceful, quiet, and have a certain amount of plants growing. The soil may also have become poor. However, once a volcano erupts, most plants are killed, and nutrients are returned into the soil via volcanic dust and lava.

Plate tectonics: changes in the tectonic plates CAN change, however not always. As a plate pulls away from another, it can casue earthquakes or fissures, which can damage both the land that is there and the lands around it. In the case of earthquakes, the land around it is damages, while in the case of fissures, the earth "drops away" into the core.
The moon's gravitational pull: May be one of the not-so-well known ones but can have a great impact on earth. Without the Moon's gravitational pull, we may not be existent on earth, as we are circling perfectly, without it being 1 milimeters closer or farther from the sun. If we were, we wouldn't be alive today, for it would have been too hot, or way too cold.
