I would say the correct answer would be the third option. Three out of four doctors recommend this product. This is an example of scientific evidence. If doctor was not used instead it is people, then the answer would be bandwagon or plain folks. However, doctor is used and they are trusted people. Their statements are most likely has a scientific background.
