your answer is AURORA`S

Answer: AURORA'S 5

Explanation:

First of all, it is important to understand what solar flare is, before we can talk about the impact it causes. I will like to describe solar flare as a massive explosion on the Sun that results when energy stored in magnetic fields are released suddenly. This is normally seen as an intense variation in brightness on the Sun and this radiation are dangerous to living organisms. A solar flare when released is deposited in a very short timeframe and this flare contains a very large amount of photon energy as well as particle energy. Scientists or preferably Astronomers classifies flares in five categories; A, B, C, M, and X. This ranking is classified according to its strength from class A being the weakest to class X being the strongest and deadliest of the five.

EFFECTS:

When this radiation reaches the earth, a particularly strong coronal mass ejection (CME) can disrupt the power grids, from blowing out electric transformers and power stations to induction of high currents in power lines, which would then result to electricity shortages, power outages and that alone has its own effect on industries, and the general wellbeing of the human race. The M class of this flare category when released can generate brief radio blackouts at the polar regions of the earth and this changes in the atmosphere can destroy the precision of Global Positioning System (GPS) measurements, and can also cause radiation storms which directly affects orbiting astronauts. I won’t fail to mention how badly affected our internet services would turn out, and that battery-operated equipment would go faulty.
