Given the DNA template:
A-A-T-A-G-T-A-C-G-C-G-A-G-T-C-G-T-G-A-T-G-A-A-A-T-T-C-T

A. DNA replication. Write the sequence of complementary bases produced if the above undergoes replication.

B. Transcription. Using the original template construct the sequence of nucleotide bases for the transcribed RNA strand.

C. Translation. Using RNA strand produced in part B as your mRNA molecule. Translate codons in the mRNA into amino acid sequence of a protein.

Just remember that when you translate to mRNA (transcription) you put U instead of T!
