The Chinese and Russian revolutions couldn't have been more dissimilar from one another, both resulting in the foundation of two distinct ideas that changed the course of their respective nations. Both of them encountered foreign links and influences. Both had peculiarly different methods of doing things since one wanted to stop interacting with the West, while the other wanted China to absorb more of the ways of the West. The February and October Revolutions, which took place separately, basically led the Russian Revolution.
The Russian and Chinese Revolutions:
The Chinese Revolution, which lasted for much of the 20th century, changed the course of human history. Its results have had an ongoing impact on China, the surrounding area, and the modern globe.
The 19th century's anti-imperialism and burgeoning nationalism were the seeds of the Chinese Revolution. The Qing monarchy, foreign imperialism in China, privilege and inequality, exploitation & corruption, national division, and China's weak military and economy were only a few of the things the Chinese Revolution was a revolution against. As a result, several groups & leaders, each with unique ideas and objectives, were responsible for bringing about change.
The First World War marked the beginning of the Russian Revolution, a period of political and social upheaval in the former Russian Empire. Russia dissolved its monarchy and switched to a socialist system of government after two further revolutions and a horrible civil war during this period. One could argue that the Russian Revolution served as the inspiration for other European revolutions that occurred during or after World War I, such as the German Revolution of 1918.
