MAJCOM (Major Command) functional Manager monitor the health and manning of their career fields within their command and raise the concerns to the Traffic Management AFCFM.

MAJCOM Functional Manager generally manage command training for their career field and coordinate command training and personnel issues across the whole MAJCOM staff and with the AFCFM.
