Biomes are the natural communities or area that are defined by the predominant vegetation, types of species present there and the their adaptations. Biomes have been divided into six following types: Freshwater, Marine, Desert, Forests, Grassland and Tundra. The presence of organisms in a biome is affected by the climate present over there. They are also important to study about certain species.

Abiotic factors are the those that do not have a life. They do not perform the basic life processes to survive. For example: sun, water, soil, etc.
