Visceral pain is said to be the pain receptors that are in the pelvis, abdomen, chest, or intestines that are said to be are activated. We as humans do experience it only when our internal organs and tissues are said to be damaged or injured.

Note that Visceral pain is wide and not localized, and as such it is found to be not properly understood or clearly  said.
