What is Absolute Chronology and Relative Chronology?

Absolute Chronology is when events that occur are included with the date and time the event occur took place.

On the other hand Relative Chronology can be defined as  chronological order of how a events  occur and does not include data and time.

Therefore Absolute Chronology is the first battles of the American Revolution started in 1775, The second great awakening in 1790 and The start of the Civil war in 1861 while Relative Chronology is the age of Jackson and the arrival of European settlers in America.
