I will go with second one in debate

  • The civil rights movement has not ended yet
  • It was not ended in 1960's
  • We haven't got all the necessary civil rights
  • As much as we develop we will spot our more requirements
  • Then we will demand for it as civil rights
  • Hence it is still continuing
