Explanation: if you 46 x 3 you will get

  6x3=18   40x3=120   120 + 18=138  this but that is the answer 138

but if you want to add the addon then here is the answer 138 + 46=      38 + 46= 84     8+6=14  30+40= 70   70+ 14=84            138+84=

84+38=   8+4=12  80+30=110  138+110=238
