According to many research studies, 1.2 million students drop out yearly from school in the United States. It is equivalent to a student dropping out every 26 seconds. School dropouts think that they’ll sort out their life problems by applying to low wage jobs. Some students drop out of school due to pregnancy, boredom, and addiction

The issue of school dropouts in the United States is a concern which if not curbed will lead to society unrest and corruption.

What is dropping out?

Dropping out is the action whereby an individual in school, college or university leaves abruptly without completing the programme in that institution. Some drop out as a result of finance and challenges that makes them unable to cope with studies.

We see that there is high rate of drop out in United States. To curb this issue, there should be adequate financial aids to help students.
