what were the two european nations that had the greatest number of ports in africa and asia and which ones had the least in 1700? & if you know the disparity in the number of ports that would be so helpful thanks!
as for the largest number of ports, i'm pretty sure that the British and the French held the most of it. I'm not sure about which one is the least though, but it won't be the country that had a strong military empire.
