This is due to the fact that the citizens of the country have leaders that follow due process in the interpretation of their laws and the constitution.

What is a democracy?

A democracy is a government that has a constitution. The constitution is one that has the laws and duties that the government owes to the citizens and the ones that the citizens owes the government.

The Citizens are the ones that are responsible for the election of the those that are in power and authority.

The people in power have the job of following the constitution of the country when they are dealing with the citizens.
