Hello!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We are given a point and the slope a line, so we use Point-Slope form:

y-y1=m(x-x1)

y-(-4)=1(x-(-7)

y+4=1(x+7)

y+4=x+7

y=x+7-4

y=x+3

Hope you find my answer & solution helpful! (:

Step-by-step explanation with the answer:

When the slope is UNDEFINED, that means the denominator of the slope formula is ZERO

Slope formula = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1),  and the graph is a VERTICAL line and the equation of the line is x =7

Point (7, -4) is a point on the line.
