Pizzaro took over the Incas with a small army of men, winning mainly because of natural causes like chickenpox and other diseases. The Incas that didn't die, however, were thrown in line of the army. Because the Incas were a big rival of the Aztecs, they agreed to help European explorer, Hernán Cortés, conquer the Aztecs.
