Writing a thesis is indeed important for your writing. Thesis helps attract readers' attention on what you write about. You explain examples by, first read your thesis statement. You have to make sure your thesis statement makes sense. My advice for you for the writing, is in the introduction paragraph start with thesis and talk about it. Then for the next paragraph (body paragraphs) provide examples. Think about what are you going to write about. You just gotta make sure it relates to what your thesis is saying. You just have to think deeper, and if you having trouble, get a teacher/professor to help you get started. After you write out your writing essay, get someone to help edit your writing and tell them if you explain some examples that supports your thesis.
