Store 2

$12.99 x 10% = 1.30 
12.99 - 1.30 = 11.69 per shirt

If you buy the shirt at Store 1, you will save $.69 per shirt.

Store 3

$20.98 x .55 = 11.54
20.98 - 11.54 = 9.44

Store 3 has the best deal with the shirts only costing $9.44
