A bag contains 9 identical balls out of which 3 are blue, 2 are white and the remaining are red.
If a ball is drawn from the bag what is probability that it is :

Total number of balls  = 9

  • P(blue) = blue / total = 3/9 = 1/3 or 33.33%
  • P(not red) = (total - red)/total = 5/9 or 55.55%
