Germs are tiny microorganisms that are present all around our surroundings, they are capable of spreading infections. These tiny organisms are present in food, water, soil. They can be spread from one person to another.
Germs are present in the food we eat but they can be controlled through various temperatures. For example, bacteria grow rapidly between 5 °c and 60°c. When food is kept at a temperature below 5°c and a temperature above 60°c then it poses a huge risk and these dangerous organisms will grow and multiply in the food thereby causing different diseases
