The first equation would have the line going from 1 to -2, as in only those are less than 9 when adding 7. It would be an open circle, solely due to how there is no "less than or equal to" line underneath the sign. X would then be proven to be anywhere from 1 to any negative number.
For the second equation, it has 8 multiplied by x to equal greater than or equal to 64. (Closed circle) 8x8 equals 64, so it means that x cannot be lesser than 8. The closed circle line would go from 8 to 10, X proven to be anywhere from 8 to any larger positive number.
