While Native Americans did not formally or legally , own these western lands they had been living on them for thousands of years before anyone else . Knowing this , is it fair for the Congress to sell these westem lands?
No it is not, Native Americans came and settled in these lands, they built their lives on them and did not cause any problems. Aside from that, they also lend helping hands to the British who came to their land in search of new land.
