Because if a kid  doesnt  like that person he/she will be defiant and will most likely not learn because he doesnt  like the person

I agree because if let's say you didn't like a teacher you wouldn't pay attention to them which also means you wouldn't learn from them. Or if there was a peer in your class and you didn't like them then you wouldn't be around them so you wouldn't learn from them
