Push ups have been becoming easier because I have been doing them everyday. Added intensity would be good, I will start doing more and maybe different variations. I am going to start doing different varieties of push-ups such as declined to make them harder.

During these past through weeks I've found my 15 minute runs to be really simple. Therefore, I've improved my cardiovascular health. I can run for 20 minutes instead of 15 to keep pushing myself. I've also found 5 pounds becoming too light for me. This means I've improved my strength, (resistance training.) I should try working out with 10 pond weights instead. Finally, I've found my 10 minute yoga session to become really easy as well! Yoga really helps with my flexibility and I know I've become more flexible with my participation in 10 minute yoga videos everyday. To improve my flexibility even more, I should try doing 15 or 20 minutes everyday so I can continue to push myself.
