Describe the process of heat transfer by conduction. What happens to the molecules that cause the thermal energy to be transferred? (6 points) like opening an oven transfers the heat to around the room. Also a space heater or such you turn it on and it makes heat in the house.

conduction is when heat is transferred through direct contact.when molecules get heat they move faster and vibrate then bumping in to other particles transferring the heat passing the energy around
