In my opinion, a strong leader is someone who trusts in their colleagues and knows they are doing. I don’t want to have a boss who doesn’t 100% trust my capabilities, and I would want a boss who had a clear plan and knows what they are doing. Additionally, I would want someone who is determined and whom you share a common goal with. I would want to know that my boss has a goal that he/she strives to achieve every day.
