My Answer:
Nobody should decide what is valuable in a culture except if u don't seem it's right what the culture is :
But the question is do u think someone should decide what is valuable in a culture ? Do u want them to think why something is wrong and you want them to decide what's Valuable in a culture .
FOR AN EXAMPLE : If a BULLY said he /or she is in control of deciding what is valuable in a CULTURE would you do anything to stop it from them deciding or would you let THEM DECIDE WHAT'S IN THE CULTURE /OR A CULTURE ?
WOULD U OR WOULD U NOT YOUR CHOICE .
WHY OR WHY NOT?
