Transitional Phrases show connections between ideas. Explanation, I hope, is obvious. Organization of ideas, like transitional phrases, show objects' and ideas' relation to others.
Process of elimination means it's D. Hand-drawn illustrations. (Also, the specificity of "hand-drawn", illustrations is odd, and moreso when you consider computer-generated illustrations have a higher guarantee of accuracy)
