Friday the 13th is a superstitious belief that the 13th Friday of any given month is a day when a killer who was known by the name of "Jason" would be out. Again, this being a superstitious belief has been discredited by the majority of people as they think it is a hoax. There have been many novels and films made in the horror genre about this day, mostly based on "Jason".
