Answer: Giving a lower class families an advance over a higher class families is a biased statement, because everyone is seen equal by the law, in equality Act, and should be treated with the principal of EGALITARIANISM.
I don't think, it will be a good judgement to give lower class families preferential consideration's over other class of families.
Doing this will make someone from a low class family to be relaxed and confident of getting a good job or admitted into college, without any hard work. And another argument to this statement is, how do you determine a lower class family and a higher class family ?, How will you harmonize the society after influencing the equality of right?. It's not everyone that has a fixed annual salary, and it's not everyone that lives like the poor are really poor. In a society where the equality law abides, this will disrupt harmony among the people, as everyone wants to be treated equal. Beside all that, poverty is not a disability, but a mind function. If anyone choose to position the mind to be poor and can't achieve this, such person will never achieve it. But if the same person position the mind with positive self talk and work hard, it will be achieved.
