Complete the following chart to apply what you learned. Using your personal food journal from the previous lesson, name the food items that you are currently consuming that you need to limit and those food items that you need to increase to manage your body composition.

Hi! I don't know what grade you're in, but I had to do this in 6th grade. Do you do connections or go to school? (Not to be weird, just wanting to know because it would be easier at a regular school) So if you don't already have a notebook, get one, or you can do it in a word document, notes in your phone, etc. I can do an example for you.

Breakfest: Oatmeal & toast

Quantity:  A bowl full of oatmeal, one piece of toast

Time you ate: 8:45 A.M

Snacks, if any: N/A

Quantity: N/A

Time you ate: N/A

Lunch: Soup & salad

Quantity: One cup of soup, small bowl of salad

Time you ate: 1:17 P.M

Snacks, if any: Pack of almonds

Quantity: One pack

Time you ate: 3:48 P.M

Dinner: Stir fry

Quantity: 2 plates

Time you ate: 7:26 P.M

Desert: cake

Quantity: one slice

Time you ate: 8:30 P.M

So something like this is something you put in a food journal, and say you eat a lot of junk, like, chips, candy, and soda. You would say how often you eat/drink the junk. I drink coffee every morning, sometimes I have up to 5 cups of coffee in a day, which is very unhealthy for my age. In my case, I would say I need to limit the amount of coffee I drink.
