You should be looking to use a normal camera app and in order to edit I would recommend investing in and learning Adobe Premiere Pro in order to make top notch music videos. Other simpler apps will do such as iMovie, but if you are looking for the best quality possible you should be willing to pay money.
Though it’s not guaranteed that your husband will be semi-famous by the end of the year, the best thing you two can do is try to make the best content possible and try to advertise in any way you can.
