A caption describes what is shown in the picture or image. caption helps the reader to understand and make him clear about the information that is provided in the picture or image such as where and when the picture was taken and that information may or may not be in Text.
An image caption may also describe as the small text that is found near the picture which provides necessary information about the picture.
