Let’s take a look at the green lines. Imagine if you were to extend both of those green lines. The lines are parallel, so that means they will never touch. Basically, if you have two lines that look like they will never touch, that means they are parallel.

Looking at the other answers to show why they are incorrect:

Perpendicular means that they would form a T. One line would go horizontal and one line would hit that line coming vertical for example.

Horizontal lines would mean that they would be PARALLEL to the X axis. The green lines that appear are diagonal, compared to the x and y axis.

Not going to lie, I can’t really explain why they aren’t skew lines. But I know for a fact they are parallel.
