The right answer is: C) Many electors(...)their ballots. it is worth remembering that one of the reason why the president is not elected by direct popular vote is that the founding fathers of the United States could not agree on whether the slaves should be counted as persons or not. That was in 1787. We advanced more that 220 years and we see that the country has a system that favors a party and certain segments of the population.
