Respuesta :
An organization of Vietnamese Communists and other nationalist organisations that campaigned for Vietnamese independence from the French between 1946 and 1954.
Why did the French leave Vietnam in 1954?
In the late 1940s, France struggled to maintain control over its Indochina possessions of Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos. Despite US financial support, nationalist trouble against French colonial control began to take charge.
The French evacuated from the region after Dien Bien Phu. Concerned about regional uncertaninity, the US became more dedicated to combating communist nationalists in Indochina. For the next twenty years, the United States would remain in Vietnam.
Thus, Option B is the correct Option.
