Self-confidence is a quality which ensures that you are in a better position to represent yourself. When you have self-confidence, you are confident in your ability to be yourself, accomplish tasks and share that confidence with others. When you feel confident, you are able to represent yourself in a way that will accurately show all of your attributes.
