Budding and Cloning are two different types of asexual reproduction in organisms.
During Budding process, new organisms grows by mitosis and cytokinesis on the body of its parent, for example, budding in Hydra.
On the other hand, During cloning, offspring is produced by a cell or cluster of cells taken from multi-cellular organisms. This process is normally performed in the lab. For example, fruits and veggies are produced through tissue culture.
