I am not gonna give a word for word answer but I will give you this paragraph from previous lessons and hopefully it helps. According to previous lessons "The state of Missouri has made major changes in its juvenile correctional system and because of its success, it is now serving as a model for other states wishing to reform their correctional system. The therapeutic approach used in Missouri and other states works to rehabilitate young people in a caring environment. Staff members, including correctional treatment therapists, are trained in therapeutic techniques. The entire juvenile correctional system is committed to helping the offenders to make long-lasting positive changes in their lives. The work of the system helps decrease the criminal and self-destructive behaviors that cause the offender to initially enter the system"
Sorry its late by three years but hopefully this helps others!
